Weather.Com offers an excellent service with breaking weather news, weather forecasts,
and updates from U.S cities and states. It hosts maps, travel advice, health and allergy reports,
golf conditions, boat and beach information, as well as aviation weather news.
The Federal Emergency Management Administration
The Federal Emergency Agency (FEMA), founded in 1979, is an independent Agency of the Federal Government,
reporting to the President. The main tasks of FEMA are to advise on building codes and
flood plain management, co-ordinate federal response disasters, train emergency managers,
administer the national flood and climate insurance programs and prepare for emergency both
locally and statewide.

and power demand forecasts over the continguous U.S., geographical
regions, individual states and over service areas of most U.S. power companies.

World Meteorological Organization
The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) is a specialised Agency of the United Nations.
The purpose of WMO is to facilitate international meteorological cooperation and to promote
rapid exchange of meteorological observations and the uniform publication of observations
and statistics.
